Program Overview:

Our small group training program offers the perfect blend of structure, support, and variety to keep you motivated and engaged throughout the entire duration. With classes spread over 5 weeks, participants will have the opportunity to attend 15 invigorating sessions, each carefully curated to target different aspects of fitness and wellness.

Class Schedule:

  • Tuesday: 5:45 PM

  • Thursday: 6:00 AM & 5:45 PM

  • Saturday: 8:30 AM

  • Perfect for All Fitness Levels: Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, our program is tailored to accommodate individuals of all skill levels and abilities.

  • Comprehensive Approach: Our classes consist of four distinct zones – cardio, cables/rig, bodyweight, and weights. Participants will rotate through each zone, ensuring a well-rounded and effective workout that targets various muscle groups and fitness components.

  • Safe, Effective, and Challenging: Led by experienced instructors, each 60-minute class is designed to provide a safe yet challenging environment where participants can push their limits and achieve their fitness goals.

  • 5 Class Pass: $90

  • 10 Class Pass: $175
