Our circuit class mirrors the structure of our popular 5-week small group training program. Led by experienced instructors, this full-body workout combines strength training, cardio bursts, and core exercises to maximize calorie burn and build lean muscle.

Class Structure:
You’ll move between our standard 4 Zones during class. Each zone will evoke different intensity, power, strength meters. Programmed rest can be found between each zone.
Cardio Zone: featuring treadmills and rowers - spend up to 9 minutes testing your pace, power and endurance.
Cables & Rig Zone: featuring our cable machines - spend up to 9 minutes challenging your full body strength.
Bodyweight Zone: featuring TRX straps - spend up to 9 minutes on bodyweight HIIT movements.
Weights Zone: featuring dumbbells and kettlebells - spend up to 9 minutes challenging your full body strength.
